We were so excited for our vacation to have finally arrived! It has been quite a bumpy start to the school year, so we were all ready for a much needed break away. The girls worked hard to get their schoolwork finished so we could leave before lunch on Friday.
Headed to the airport with some excited girls!
Unless we are running late we prefer to take the moving sidewalks over the tram at the airport. The walk is so much more interesting too.
When Daddy is in vacation mode it doesn't take much to talk him into a stuffed crepe at the airport. And when you are 9 years old you can take a picture with whipped cream on your face and not care.
Wheels up!
It was a long day of traveling, but we made it to Anchorage. We arrived around 9pm, which was 1am to our body clocks. Time for bed!
