We kept it a little closer to home for Fall Break this year. I took the girls to the Coca-Cola Museum, and we had a really good time.
Macy doesn't drink sodas much at all, but she wanted to give the Beverly a try. Her reaction did not disappoint.
The pool is a bit to cold these days, but Macy is still enjoying it before it gets covered for the season.
Charis and Kayla were in Cumming for the weekend, so we took them out for dinner and ice-cream.
They always love a good play area, especially when it isn't crowded.
This year we took a few days and rented a cabin near Lake Hiawassee. Kayla joined us after her classes, so we were able to enjoy a few days with her.
We met Kayla for lunch in Helen and played a round of putt-putt.
They were all pretty fascinated by the engineering of this particular hole.
Boating season was wrapping up, so we pretty much had the whole lake to ourselves.
They really loved tubing. We did have a scary moment when we accidentally popped Kayla and Brooke off. We had looked away for a moment and didn't know where they had ended up. Thankfully we found them quickly, but it took a little longer for this mama to calm down.
Riley was able to join us on the lake. I'm not sure how she felt about it, but I'm thankful she didn't try to jump overboard.
I loved having this girl back with us.
We made another stop in Helen on our way out of town. It was such a fun, relaxing weekend with my favorite people.
We took a stop by Truett on our way home so that the girls could see Kayla's dorm.
We ended the week prepping for the week ahead. I thought it was funny to see Marc mowing the grass with a toy gun at the ready. Not sure what he was planning to do with it...
