Everyone always requests Lamberts when we are down at the Alabama beaches. This year we opted to have a late lunch there on our way down in order to avoid a long wait. We got there around 3:00, and there was no wait at all! This might have to be our new tradition.
Brooke ordered a salad. It came in a bread bowl, and it was huge!

The Blue Angels had a scheduled practice while we were in town, so we took a quick trip over to Pensacola to watch them. It's always a treat to see them in person.
We enjoyed spending a bit of time at the Wharf as well. We wandered in some shops then watched a bit of the light show before heading back to our condo.
We found a new ice-cream place to try, and it was yummy! Macy and I split the peanut butter banana split, and oh my! It was huge and delicious.
Another beach vacation in the books. We took it easy with very few plans other than hitting our favorite restaurants. Until next time....
