Beach Part 3
The waves were a little rougher than our usual trips. The girls borrowed their cousins boards and did some body surfing.
They had so much fun that we went out and bought them some boards of their own. They surfed pretty much the whole time we were out. If the sun wasn't so intense we would have been able to stay longer.
My favorite picture of the entire trip.
Getting in some lazy river time.
Brooke is getting so much more comfortable in the water. She loves the water, but putting her head under is a huge step for her.
Waiting on the waves to kick back on.

Beach Part 2
We enjoyed some time at The Track for some go-cart riding,
some swinging,
some flying,
and some bumper boating.
And just for the record I ended up being soaked the most. Everyone was on the Aunt Steph attack. :)
There is always time for a little swimming in the afternoons.
A couple of times we ended our night with the light show and dance party on Main Street at our condo. The girls enjoyed introducing their cousins to this event.
Whatever dance we were learning was the latest craze - like the macarena was back in the day.
Our little hula-hooper was back at it again.
And her sisters are getting better at it too. Watch out, Kayla! Your competition is working hard!

Beach Vacation Part 1
We took out beach vacation early this year so we could go with Marc's family. Chris and Amanda have been in Africa and it's been a while since we have seen them. The week started off rainy and we were all thankful when the sun returned for some beautiful days.
I couldn't even tell you how many times the girls went over these lily pads. Brooke absolutely loved them.
One morning when we thought we would be dodging rain we decided to go putt-putt. Each time we go the girls are able to enjoy the game a little longer. 18 holes is a lot of putting for little ones. I think everyone was happy through about hole 12. :)
After putt-putt we were going to grab lunch at Five Guys, but right next door was a brand new Whataburger. No brainer that the 5 of us changed plans. It was our anniversary and all. After naps we sent the girls to stay with the rest of the family so Marc and I could go our for our anniversary.
We ate at Wolf Bay Lodge. It was casual and yummy. A perfect beach date night.
